By paying a deposit you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

 - A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance can be paid on pickup. If your cake is being delivered the balance needs to be finalised prior to delivery.

If you need to cancel your cake the following fees apply:

 - 2 weeks prior a full refund will be given

 - 1 week prior will result in the loss of $50

 - The week of the function, full payment is required.

 

Please confirm all the following details are correct when placing your order; contact details, spelling of names, design information and pick up/delivery date.

We ask that any changes to the order be made 2 weeks prior to the date needed.

We will not make any changes during the week of the function date.

Our shop opening hours are as stated on the website, and on your order confirmation. Pick up times are clear for each day. If you are running late to pick up your order, please contact us asap as late fees apply for pickups outside our trading hours.
